Capital Strategies is a scout for large corporations,
M&A firms, private equity funds, investment bankers,
loan originators and venture capitalists seeking targeted
investment opportunities.
Our sources often represent large investment pools targeted
to specific industries and market sectors.
We
focus on performing adequate due diligence on both funders
and companies seeking funding before we accept any engagement.
Our goal is to perform quality matches based on pairing
the qualifications of both the buy-side and the sell-side.
We have no floor or cap on any reasonable investment
proposal. We will undertake angel deals if the project
and management team are exceptional, and we will undertake
complex multi-billion dollar projects if the teams are
qualified and the project is credible.
Our added value to both sides of a transaction are the
due diligence that we perform before suggesting a match,
and the speed at which we can execute a dialog between
matching partners.
