M. Fishbine
Mr.
Fishbine is a proven corporate leader. He has 30 years of information
technology experience, 25 of those years as a manager and 20 years
with budget and P&L responsibility. He has demonstrated excellent
startup and team building skills; experience in capital formation
from angel through post-IPO rounds; experience as a board member
in public companies, including chairman and is a published investment
strategies author.
Mr.
Fishbine has worked at Biometric Design LLC, Digital Biometrics,
Inc. (now Identix, Inc. NASDAQ listed). He has been a consultant
to NEC Corporation, Tokyo, Japan and at the Minnesota Crime Prevention
Center. Mr. Fishbine has more than a dozen U.S. patents and recently
published The
Investors Guide to Nanotechnology and Micromachines
with John Wiley & Sons.
Mr.
Fishbine graduated summa cum laude and received his B.A.
in political science and economics at the University of New Mexico.
He received his M.A. in political science from the University
of Minnesota. He is based in Minnesota.

Weber, Ph.D.
Dr.
Weber began his career earning a Ph.D. in protein crystallography
at Michigan State University. He funded his continued research
at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, by winning a Jane
Coffin Childs Memorial Fund for Medical Research fellowship, a
National Health Service Award, and a NATO Advanced Study Scholarship.
To
commercialize new technologies he joined Pall Corporation (PLL)
where, for 14 years in an engineering intensive setting, he achieved
milestones in Technology Transfer, in directing multi-site technology
product test programs in conjunction with government and private
sector customers, and in successfully fulfilling business development
assignments in North America, Europe and Asia.
In
1999, Weber formed TechMark Corporation to serve private and public
sector clients in these areas, specifically integrating: strategic
partner recruitment, landmark sales, government relations, government
technology development/testing contracts, and venture funding.
He was named a Principal by PCAPSI in 2005 in result of 18 months
of productive collaboration as an independent Affiliate.
Samuel
P. Krankkala
Mr.
Krankkala is an experienced leader in sales, marketing, and technical
management. He has over 30 years experience in high technology
companies, both pre- and post-IPO. He has designed, initiated,
and implemented successful engineering and sales teams. Mr. Krankkala
has a track record with strategic and tactical planning as well
as budget, gross margin and revenue management experience with
both public and private companies. He has worked for Douglas Aircraft
Co., ADC Telecommunications Inc., ComputerVision Corp., Prime
Computer, Inc., Stratasys, Inc., and Invention Machine Corporation.
Mr.
Krankkala pursued his B.S. degree in math and physics at Bemidji
State University and the University of Minnesota. He is based
in Minnesota.
