to start the process. While not all items are required
before we start, they will probably all be required
before you are funded.

you have reviewed this document, you should send us
an email that includes the one page executive summary
shown in this guide.

we think the project may fit, we will contact you
for more information. If we think there is a potential
fit, we will either offer you a non-exclusive engagement
contract, or if the terms may fall under the Broker/Dealer
terms of the SEC, we may refer you to one of our affiliates
for their consideration.
